Genious Communications, the data controller, is a limited liability company incorporated under Moroccan law whose head office is located at 290, Assif B, Marrakech 40,000, registered in Marrakech Trade Register under number 28655 (hereinafter referred to as “Genious Communications”, “we” or “us”).
