In addition, when registering a new domain name, the Customer must ensure that the latter is not included in the list of reserved terms established by the NTRA (National Telecom Regulatory Authority).
In order to obtain the .ma domain name that you wish for, you have to check if it’s available first. Then, once it is available, you must register it with a minimum period of one year.

Genious Communications informs the customer of the expiration of the domain name thirty (30) days and ten (10) days before the expiration date with an additional reminder five (5) days after the expiration date.

How do I transfer a .ma domain name ?

If the Customer wishes to transfer his domain name to another provider, he has to :
First wait sixty (60) days after the registration of the domain name to be able to carry out the transfer.
Finally, disable the Registrar Lock to unlock the domain name.

Changing ownership of a .ma domain name
The Client's transmission of the domain name to a third party is only enforceable by Genious Communications if :
Genious Communications receives the notification of transfer by electronic mail
The documents are signed by the Registry, and the transfer procedure specific to the domain concerned is respected
The transfer fees for a change of Registrant are paid
